Shipping Policy
Orders will be dispatched as soon as possible. Normally 2-3 business days for handling and 5-7 business days for shipping, but during holiday season, it could be between 7-10 business days for shipping.
If you need to change the shipping address, please notify us within 24 hours of your purchase to guarantee a redirection. Once a package has been dispatched from our studio, we are unable to modify the address. Please contact us through the contact page as soon as possible.
Laura Rosenberg Ltd is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Ensure that you provide complete and accurate mailing addresses during the checkout process.

Liability

Once the collector takes possession of the goods, we bear no liability for them. We are not responsible for refunding, exchanging, replacing, or compensating for products that have been mishandled by customers. For instance, this includes smudging fingerprints on the white border, tearing fine art prints, or damaging the works in any way.

However, in accordance with consumer protections, compensation for damage is applicable if damaged products are received due to mishandling by postal services or if faulty merchandise is dispatched. If you receive a damaged item, please contact info@laurarosenbergart.com, and we'll be happy to replace your item. NOTE: you must send a picture of the damaged item within 48 hours to be eligible for a return. Each print undergoes multiple inspections before passing quality control for shipment, ensuring that only pristine reproductions are packaged for your enjoyment.

We strongly advise reading the product descriptions thoroughly and attentively. We are not obligated to compensate customers who neglect to review the information provided in the product description before making a purchase. It is essential to note that all prints come with included borders, which are part of the final size listed in the product description.

Returns and Refunds
If you wish to initiate a return for a product, kindly get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your package. Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for all associated shipping costs, including additional fees such as packaging and materials. Furthermore, it is your responsibility to ensure the secure return of the package to us. Once we have verified that the product or products are in perfect condition, we will promptly issue a refund, deducting the shipping costs.
Please note that Fine Art Prints are delicate items. Due to stringent quality control and sanitary standards, most of them cannot be resold once returned. Only prints that remain unhandled and in their original packaging will be eligible for return. If returned prints are found to be unfit for any reason during inspection, we reserve the right to decline a refund.
While we make every effort to provide accurate photographs of our artwork, please be aware that color calibrations may vary between different devices. If color accuracy is a concern, we recommend viewing the item on multiple devices (e.g., desktop, iPhone, etc.).
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

Duties and Taxes
Please be aware that the studio is not responsible for import fees associated with purchased products. Any applicable taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total and are determined by the customs agency in your destination country. Some countries impose import taxes, while others do not. The customs agency will contact the recipient (via mail, phone, or email) to arrange payment for these charges to ensure the shipment's continuation to its destination.
Customers are responsible for paying any duties, value-added tax, or similar charges. Failure to pay these additional amounts may result in the return of your delivery to us. Provided that the product is in its original condition, we will issue a refund for the cost of your purchase (excluding shipping costs to your country). Items are declared at their purchase value for export, and no documents will be falsified under any circumstances.
