The copyrights to the artworks and prints remain exclusively with the artist, even after purchase. The act of purchasing any artwork, whether original or commissioned, does not entail the transfer of copyrights. The purchase does not grant the customer authorization to transform the piece into an NFT, print it for distribution in any form, or reproduce it for profit or any other purpose. The artist, Laura Rosenberg, retains the right to create printed reproductions of her original works for sale. Collectors are not permitted to reproduce the artwork in any manner without explicit written consent from the artist. Sharing images of purchased items on social media is always encouraged and does not fall under the copyright clause.
